I am a Midwest girl, born and raised in Kansas City. I attended Kansas State University, majoring in Biology before receiving my doctorate in chiropractic from Cleveland Chiropractic College in April of 2015. Following graduation I married Sioux Center’s own, Dr. Tyler Armstrong who moved me north to join him and his family!
While attending chiropractic school I focused on everything women and babies! I am specializing in pediatrics through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, which is the largest and oldest pediatric chiropractic association in the world. I am certified in the Webster Technique, which is the most established, widely accepted technique by chiropractors as well as obstetricians to align the pelvis of pregnant women, preparing it for the birthing process. I am also one of only a handful of people in Iowa certified in Dynamic Neuronal Stabilization (DNS), which uses the nervous system to train ideal movement patterns in order to restore dysfunction.
I could not be more excited to share my outlook on chiropractic wellness with you and your family! I believe in God, and believe that He gave us these magnificent, self-regulating, self-healing bodies, to be treasured and maintained… I also believe that He put me in this world to help guide you through that journey!
